Privacy Principles
An overview of how Prakura approaches personal data. This is not a legal policy.
[Legal placeholder] The formal Privacy Policy is pending legal approval and will replace this overview. Nothing here creates additional commitments.
Data categories
Depending on the product and role, Prakura platforms may process:
- Account details (name, email, role)
- Learning activity (courses, assessments, coding tasks)
- Workforce records for HRMS customers (attendance, leave, documents)
- Career data candidates choose to add (projects, applications)
How data may be used
Data is used to provide the features a user or organisation has chosen — for example showing progress, running assessments or preparing payroll — and to keep the service secure.
Retention principles
Data should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose or as required by the customer agreement and applicable law.
User rights
Users can expect to be able to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data, subject to their organisation's policies and applicable law.
AI data handling
AI features are designed to use the minimum data needed, label AI-generated content and keep humans in the loop for consequential decisions.
Deletion principles
When data is deleted at a user's or organisation's request, it should be removed from active systems and age out of backups on a defined schedule.
